The size and material are 100% identical to the original oil cooler.
A tube and shell cooler lowers the compressed air temperature after each compression stage. Water within the tubes is the cooling medium for this process. Both closed and open cooling system setups are considered.
The internal surfaces of the shell and transition piping will be coated to prevent corrosion. The coating system setup must not produce harmful fumes during the compressor's operation.
